How It Works

When you first contact us, we’ll have a chat about your requirements, explain how we work, and then arrange to come and meet you and your cat(s) for an initial consultation, which is free and without any obligation.

During the initial consultation we’ll learn about your cat(s), their routines, their likes and dislikes, as well as discussing the type of service you require from us.

If you decide to choose us to care for your cats, we’ll confirm a schedule with you, provide a detailed quote, collect a set of keys from you and take note of any special instructions that relate to the property. It’s as simple as that.

  • We can open/close curtains and check the security of your home.

Service Price
Standard Cat Visits Our standard cat visiting service is available seven days a week, outside of school holidays and peak periods. Weekday morning visits are typically made between 8:00am – 10:00am. Weekend morning visits typically start from 9:00am. Evening visits are typically made between 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Times are approximate and may vary. £12.00
School Holidays School holidays, including Easter, Summer and Christmas periods are charged at a higher rate. £14.00
Peak Periods Bank Holiday weekends (including the Friday and Monday where applicable) are charged at an additional rate. Visits Twice A Day If a second visit is required on the same day then the cost of that additional visit is reduced by 10%. For example – a typical visit is normally £12.00 but the second visit on the same day attracts a 10% discount so would be charged at £10.80. -10%

Please note: Prices are per visit, typically lasting 15-20 minutes and cover up to 3 cats at a single address. The prices shown apply to single visits carried out within our advertised service areas of Southbourne, Iford, Tuckton, Wick Village, Hengistbury Head, West Christchurch and Christchurch Town Centre. These areas are within a 2 mile radius from Seafield Gardens (BH6 3JG). Additional mileage charges may apply outside of these areas, depending on the location and frequency of visits required.
