The SOBO Cat Care website does not capture or store any personal information without consent. If you contact us for any reason your details may be kept for a period of time in order that we may be able to identify you should you wish to contact us again. All personal data held by SOBO Cat Care is used solely for the purpose stated.

It is our strict policy not to sell, rent or pass personal details on to third parties. In addition, SOBO Cat Care will not send you emails that you have not agreed to receive. Apart from information specifically provided by you in emails or entered into any enquiry forms or online booking forms, this website does not capture or store any personal information.

Photography & Videos for Social Media and/or Website

Photographs will be taken of your cat(s) and sent to you whilst you are away, to reassure you of their welfare. By booking any services offered by SOBO Cat Care you agree that any photos and/or videos taken during visits can be displayed on our social media channels and/or website. The photos will always be a close up image of your cat(s). No personal objects or other identifying background will be in the photos. SOBO Cat Care may also choose to publicly display any customer feedback on the SOBO Cat Care website and social media websites. Please contact us if you would like to opt out of either of these practices.
